Business FM: Discussion of hostile takeovers

March 16, 2016 there was a discussion on the Business FM radio regarding hostile takeovers. Mikhail Onatsky, the managing partner of LLC PRESIDENT CONSULT, took part in the discussion. The panelists recalled the history of hostile takeovers in Russia, discussed the changes of hostile takeovers’ technology for the last 15 years and legal measures against hostile takeovers and corporate raids.

January 22, 2016  LLC PRESIDENT CONSULT in cooperation with the Russian-British Chamber of Commerce in Saint- Petersburg, the  Consulting firm Edwin Coe LLP, London, and  Hansson Asset Management Ltd, London, and with the participation of  Vladimir Miroshnichenko,  a judge of the Arbitration Court of  Saint-Petersburg  and Leningrad Region, held an information event devoted to the norms of the Russian legislation on bankruptcy of physical persons as well as involvement of  individuals’ foreign assets in the process of bankruptcy.
